STEP 1
Call us, then we visit
Start with a free call with our care team. Tell us what's going on, and we'll answer cost and timing questions. When you're ready, our registered nurse visits your parent at home.
Free call · home safety check included -
STEP 2
Care plan + the right caregiver
Our nurse writes a care plan around your parent's needs and routines. We match a certified aide on skills, schedule and personality, and introduce them in person before the first shift.
Meet your caregiver first -
STEP 3
Ongoing check-ins
Our nurse checks in regularly and visits in person, updating the plan as needs change. You get a short note after every visit.

Before you call
Does my parent need to be on the call?
No. Most first calls come from a son or daughter, but your parent is always welcome to join. We'll include them at the RN home visit, too.
I live out of state. Can you still help?
Yes. Many of the families we help live far away. You can join the RN home visit by phone or video, and you'll stay in the loop through our family portal and text updates.
What should I have ready?
Nothing is required. If you have them, a list of medications, recent hospital discharge papers and any long-term care insurance policy help us plan.
Can my siblings see updates too?
Yes. Each family member can have their own login to our family portal and get text updates. Your parent, or their legal representative, chooses who can see what.
Is there a charge for the care plan or home safety check?
No, both are free. Our nurse's care plan and the home safety check are part of onboarding when care begins. You get a written care plan and a checklist with prioritized recommendations. We're not occupational therapists or contractors. For a formal home-modification evaluation, we can help you request one from your parent's doctor.
