Questions on a shift? There's always someone to call: our nurse or a care coordinator. Feeling sick? Tell us and we'll find coverage, so you're never stuck.
Less driving
We work to match you with clients close to where you live. When a shift takes you farther, your travel time between clients is paid.
Steady clients
Each client has a small team, so you get to know the people you care for, and they get to know you.
Paid training
Paid training from our nurse when you start, and ongoing coaching as you grow your skills.

Applicant questions
Can I work part-time?
Yes. Many of our caregivers work part-time around school or family. Tell us your availability when you apply.
My CHHA certification lapsed. Can I still apply?
Yes. Apply, and our team will walk you through what it takes to reactivate your certification and get back to work.
Do I need a car?
A car helps you get to clients' homes, but it isn't always required. We'll try to match you with clients you can reach easily, and you won't be asked to drive clients.
How fast can I start?
It depends on your certification and our screening steps. Once your checks clear, we'll work to match you with a client as soon as we can.
