Cost questions
Does Medicare pay for in-home care?
Medicare generally doesn't cover non-medical in-home care like companionship or help with bathing. We're private pay and don't bill Medicare or Medicaid.
Is there a minimum number of hours?
We'll build a schedule that fits your parent, with no long-term contract.
Is the care call really free?
Yes. The care call is free, and you're under no obligation to start care. If you decide to move forward, our RN visits your parent at home before the first shift to write the care plan.
Can we change or cancel the schedule?
Yes. Care needs can change quickly. Our care team will work with you to adjust the care plan and schedule to match what your loved one and family need, whether that means adding overnight support, increasing visit frequency, or changing routines. Your service agreement spells out the simple notice terms.
